The Wriggly Worm

"Who shall i redeem ?" Asked the wriggly worm...

"To be a foot long, is my dream !", she did squirm....

I'm so helpless and so small...

It's quite useless to hope to be ten feet tall !"

Just then a Guardian Angel emerged,

"Even though it's raining, stop your complaining !", the angel urged....

"Thank Heavens for every blessing....

Just say a prayer and that left the worm guessing...."

The wriggly worm looked up to the clouds...

There was a ray of sun shining on the crowds...!!!

Truly a blessing indeed...she looked on the ground and there popped up a seed...

With Godly power - a beautiful flower...

Her heart surged and she grew like a skyscraper tower !

Inch by inch, as her faith grew...

So did her confidence that God was watching in Heaven, too.

On her face, the Sun shone...her friends all around her were having such fun !

She was sure there was a miracle a day for everyone !

God sent the worm a final wish come true...

An angelic bird so that with wings she soared and flew...

The bird and she took a trip...over the universe they did nip...

Then after a double flip... back to Earth the bird did skip....
