The Magic Light Bulb

The magic lightbulb was so magic that it lit the entire street ... so magic, in fact, that it could light up the entire town. When darkness fell, it was the magic lightbulb that made the stars shine bright at night and the moon glow white. When morning came, the magic lightbulb awoke the dawn and made the cockerels crow. The magic light bulb could be seen from the other side of the universe, it guided the rockets between the planets, made the lights on the satellites flash and lit the way for them to fly back home again. The magic light bulb brought a gleam to even the most dismal rainy day - it was the magic lightbulb that caused rainbows to shine through the rainclouds. The magic lightbulb lit torches and made headlights dazzle on cars. It was the magic light bulb that illuminated the fairy lights on the Christmas tree and lit the festive candles. The magic lightbulb brightened up even the most dull day. No dark corner was safe from the rays of the magic lightbulb ... even the places where mice and rats went to hibernate, where spiders span cobwebs were lit by the magic lightbulb's bright rays. Magic.
