The Hungry Bear Who Ate Too Much Honey

When it came to honey, the hungry bear simply couldn't get enough of the stuff - it covered his whiskers and matted down his fluff. The hungry bear's tummy was rumbling, as he reached out for the honey pot, he started tumbling. Trying to take a bite, to satisfy his hungry appetite, he fell over a twig. All he wanted was to take a swig, but the honey pot was on the tallest branch of a tree ... and the tree was too big. The hungry bear still had no money, to buy some toast on which to put his honey. The hungry bear still wanted some tea ... so he called to his friend, the buzzing bee, to see if he could get some honey free. The buzzing bee was stil quite busy, flying around made him dizzy. When he stopped off for a break on a petal, he suddenly realised he'd landed on a nettle. He jumped up into the air with a shock and a start, as the leaves on the trees quickly flew apart. When he looked a little bit closer, he could see some bread in the toaster. The butter was soon melting too - and there was enough jam for a jammy sweet stew. He put in his paw, as hungry bears do ... and covered his fur with the sticky, honey gew. The hungry bear scoffed with delight - he ate so much honey his pants were soon too tight. Very soon his buttons burst, as he drank gallons of honey to quench his sugary thirst. The hungry bear soon had toothache ... he ate as many sandwiches as a hungry bear could make. The hungry bear devoured the lot ... including the price label and the honey pot. It didn't matter if the lid was on or not - the hungry beer scoffed the lot. The honey stuck the hungry bear's fur to his coat ... and soon he found he was stuck to the goat. And as his taste of honey improved, the hungry bear found he no longer moved. The hungry bear was stickier than glue, he'd thought he'd stick to the fence, and the gate, too. The hungry bear found he'd eaten too much. Soon, he was covered in crisp packets and such. The hungry bear picked up leaves with his feet, when he sat down he picked up a seat ! His hat was soon stuck to his head, at night, he was so well fed, he stuck to the bed. When he went to post a letter, the letter got stuck and parcels were no better ! When the hungry bear scratched his ear, his paws got stuck with honey beer. He went to see if he could tie his tie ... and stuck up three bees that were flying by in the sky.
