The Computer Mouse's Summer Holiday

Summer had come....the snow had all gone....For the computer mouse, a

year of work was almost done !

By the mouse pad, there was a travel brochure...

This year's Summer holiday was going to be fun, for sure !

He clicked and jumped onto page number three...

Soon he was flicking away merrily !

There was a canoe around Scotland's Loch Lomond...

Or perhaps a Boeing 747 across the pond ?

A sail upon an ocean liner...

Or a helicopter ride - what could be finer?

A yacht across the Menai strait....he hoped the coach taking him wouldn't be late !

Perhaps a ticket for a train like the Orient Express...

He hoped travel sickness wouldn't leave him a mess !

Onto page six...Egyptian pyramids...

Or rock climbing in the Andes - so that's what he did !

Climbing up such a height....

Was quite incredible and what a sight !

Quite a feet....without any feet...

As a five inch computer mouse - it was just up his street !

He caught the plane back to Heathrow and made it to the office just in time, don't you know !

Back on the computer mat, the mouse rested in a puff...

His holiday really wasn't long enough !
