The Computer Mouse and the Grub in his Microsoft Apple

The computer mouse was busy clicking away,

Onto weekend breaks he started flicking one day....

A fishing trip by Lake Windermere

Would be an ideal way to relax from the office....though it wasnt that near ! I fear

To get away from his computer mousey cares...

Perhaps even a picnic with apples, oranges and pears !?

So that's what he decided to do soon...

He set off on the second of June

It was a lazy Summer's day - 101 degrees -

When the computer mouse arrived .... bringing with him some his cheese (except for the bite - sized nibble taken by one of his fleas)....

The computer mouse placed a

blanket beneath one of the trees

He twitched his whiskers and stroked his ears....

He hadn't had this much fun in years !

Sat in the Sun, with everyone...

He looked in the basket to see if there was a currant bun...

After a fishing trip...and a skinny dip

The computer mouse decided to start his picnic...

The big juicy Microsoft apple looked most appetising

Especially when he took a bite...and inside there was something surprising...

Out popped a wriggley worm...

Looking straight at him, it started to squirm !

He didn't much fancy being the computer mouse's lunch...

Along with the Microsoft apple that he'd brought to crunch ....

The computer mouse stood on all fours...

Stretched out his claws and.opened wide his jaws....

Delicious ! Mmmmm juicy and ripe ! A bit dribbled on his chin which he used a serviette to wipe...

(He only hoped the worm wouldn't give him gripe !)

The big, fat worm looked around...

Then hid back in the core where he couldn't be found !
