The Christmas that Santa Came to Tim's House

One Christmas, Santa met Timothy - who invited Santa to stay for Christmas tea....

Soon, they were all lazing on the settee,

Eating chocs and watching TV !

On the telly, they listened to the Queen,

While Gerome the gnome gave the pots a clean...

Mrs Christmas was in the kitchen carol-singing....

Out in the hall, jingle bells were ringing !

Christmas day at Timothy's was fabulous fun....

Games like charades were played by everyone...

They munched on a buffet with turkey rolls...

This was the greatest of festive hols !

At Timothy's house, there were treats galore....

Santa took four (and the reindeer took more !)

No wonder Santa put on a pound or two...

Looking like a Polar bear in the zoo !

The elf said, "We should all exercise...let's see which one of us can win a prize !"

The gnomes thought the idea was crazy...they'd much rather be tucking into turkey and gravy !

But Santa started jogging the very next day,

By New Year, he was seven pounds lighter anyway !

The robin and the fairy preferred a game of tennis outside...

Well, they'd got a new racquet, from their friend Dennis, they replied !
