The Christmas that Santa Arrived by WBC Dustbin Lorry

The Christmas Santa arrived by a dustbin lorry,

Mrs Christmas and Santa had to say they were sorry...

Santa's sleigh had broken down...the children were left without toys all over town...

The Mayor came up with a splendid idea....

Better than a sleigh with Rudolph the reindeer...

Lets put the parcels in the back of a WBC truck....

Using gift ribbon to make sure they don't come unstuck !

A sprinkle of stardust,

And a splatter of glitter....

Meant that the dustbin no longer took litter !!!

There was a train set, a ball, a book....

A doll, a wizard's hat - how much sellotape it took for the truck !!!

Santa circled it in cellophane,

Including a chess set and an aeroplane !

Then the dustbin lorry set off again....

Because of Santa's magic no need to explain....

Why the sleigh took off in full flight, like a meteorite,

Santa told the robin to hold on tight....

Then in a FLASH !* as the fairy waved her wand....

The truck sped at 100mph all around Christmasland....

Although the dustbin truck weighed a ton...

It managed to zoom all over Warrington !

Eventually, the lorry landed on the grotto roof....

Rudolph chipped some rooftiles with his clumsy oafish hoof....

Santa squeezed into the chimney pot,

Landing in the right spot in a hot spot in Mrs Christmas's hotpot !!! lol
