The Christmas that Mrs Christmas Cooked Spaghetti at William's House

Santa fancied a change from turkey, one Christmas day.

So Mrs Christmas got her cookbook out straight away.

Perhaps a curry ? But Santa was in a hurry...

A little porridge in a bowl...would fill up his rumbling stomach whole...

Indian ? Chinese ? No - Italian would do !, Santa said....

As the recipe for spaghetti bolognese the pair of them read !

While the fairy magicked up tomatoes redder than Rudolph's nose,

Gerome chopped an onion and which pan to use, William chose....

William remarked spag bol was his favourite meal...

A tasty spoonful of fried mince, he did steal...

The elves set the table,

They put on forks and knives....

Tonight was going to be....the best spaghetti of their lives !

As all the gnomes got in from work....

Mrs Christmas popped a champagne cork...

They all sat down to eat their fill -

They ate so much, they were almost ill !

The fairy waved her magic wand...

And another plateful came into land !

Then another from far away...that lasted until the following day !

So much spaghetti....it filled a Yeti....

There was even enough to invite Aunty Betty !

Mrs Christmas knit a jumper with it...

As Rudolph ate another bit, Santa tried it on to see if it would fit !

The spaghetti Christmas at William's was a real hit !
