The Bumbling Bumble Bee in a Bit of a Muddle

Something happened to the bumbling bumble bee that was kind of funny,

He fell in the jar of honey !

He buzzed around the garden gate,

Collecting pollen - WOW ! It tasted great!

He added a cake to his plate...

And a spot of honey to see what recipe he could create !

With his six feet, all sticky and runny,

He picked up a sixpence - quite a LOT of money !

Onto a five pound note, better than a boat to keep afloat

Then he landed on the back of a goat...

He ended up sticking to its furry coat !

His sticky feet meant he couldn't text,

Quite a feat for a bumbling insect !

All of the flowers he started to inspect...

Including the odd leaf, which he decided to reject !

The bumble bee fancied an Italian meal....

A pizza and spaghetti - an incredible deal !

He flew a bit faster to reach the pasta...

A bumbling master - he stole a bit....

As in the bolognese sauce he swam a bit !

No wonder he was in a bit of a befuddle....

Sticky feet and spaghetti cause a bit of a muddle !

Although he tried to fly about...

His honey feet wouldn't let him out !

Still, all that splashing and spaghetti gnashing...

Really was simply smashing !

(Though he couldn't get out of the bowl without crashing !)
