Santa's Sore Toe

Last Christmas Eve' as Santa was getting off his sleigh....

In the ice, Rudolph and him started slipping away....

Rudolph stomped his foot, as reindeers often do...

Straight onto Santa's big toe which like Big Foot grew !

"Ouch !" Santa cried out in pain...as Rudolph stomped on his big toe again !

Clumsy old deer.....with his slippy old hoof....

Santa grumbled to him - "You stupid old goof !"

In no time at all, his foot started to throb....

How was Santa to get on with the job ?

In the grotto kitchen, he removed his boot...

His toe was redder than his Christmas suit !

Santa was feeling rather ill...

The snowman gave him a pain-killing pill...

Mrs Christmas filled a bowl...

However was he going to get to the South Pole ?

After Santa had soaked his feet,

Mrs Christmas put on a pack that emitted heat...

She rubbed in some cream,

Santa started to scream...

Christmas might need to be cancelled - or so it would seem !

She bandaged up his sore foot....

A fluffy sock, on she did put ....

But his foot remained quite sore,

He couldn't even walk anymore !

Until the fairy waved her magic wand...

Gave him a beecham's and got him to stand !

In a minute or two...Santa was like new...

Dancing all night at the party he threw !!!
