Santa's Out of Tune Bagpipes

In the band, Santa huffed and puffed with all his might....

Even though he tried, he couldn't get a note quite right !

His favourite hymm...O Come All Ye Faithful....was quickly turning into something quite frightful !

He hit a B flat...which knocked off his hat...

His out of tune D minor...scared even the cat !

Outside in the alley, the dogs began to howl...

Santa tried to sing a verse, but it sounded more like a growl !

Up and down...the music flowed,

Santa couldn't remember the words...and it flipping showed !

He stomped his feet to the unmusical beat...

Three Christmas trees fell over in the middle of the street !

Putting on a show, he tapped his toe...

He meant to go high, but instead went low !

Eventually the neighbours came crying - "Stop that noise !" (Santa said - Im trying !)...

I've been practising for all of the Summer....the snowman replied,

"Then perhaps become a drummer !!!"
