Santa's big fat cat,
Sat all day on Santa's mat...
He was so fat...everyone thought he was a lion...
Santa tripped over him when he went to iron...
His tail was long, just like a snake...
You wouldn't believe the loud roar he could make !
It kept everyone in Christmastown awake...
Even the people living by the lake...
Whenever Santa was taking a nap...
The big fat cat sat on his big fat lap...
Even sleepy Santa stirred, whenever the creepy cat loudly purred...
From his holiday, the big fat cat wrote...
His furry coat kept him afloat...
He was strong, nevertheless...his whiskers twitched in gleefulness...
If the big fat cat feared he was getting thinner...
Santa fed him a hearty Christmas dinner...
The cat licked his lips...ate a hundred chips...
A packet of crisps and three saucy dips...
The saucer of milk that the big fat cat drank...
Meant he jumped in...and promptly sank...
He only had Santa to thank...when he put weight on...on his flank !
If Santa went into the street...the ground shook when he stomped his feet...
He never had enough to eat...
A tin of whiskers made his life complete !
