Santa Makes His Mark at Primark

Mrs Christmas wanted a new Winter hat,

Santa looked - Primark is where one was at...

A new scarf for the Christmas fairy,

Some vouchers would be quite extra - ordinairy !

A cardigan and a new jumper, too,

His love for shopping at Primark simply grew !

Santa also wanted some woolly socks for his feet,

So he parked his sleigh at the top of the High Street...

He made his way to the Primark shop and stopped off,

One of the gifts almost dropped off !

He looked to see which one he liked the most...any would be great for his walk before the Christmas roast...

Red, yellow, green or blue ?

This would be the smartest Christmas seen in years ! Since 2002 !

He pulled it down over his ears and to the checkout flew

He looked to see the discounted price...

20% off - now that was rather nice !

He really didn't have to think twice -

He bought a dozen : eleven for the mice!

Mrs Christmas was delighted...

Her face lit up as from the sleigh, he alighted !

Her Primark gift suited her well,

So she asked Santa Claus if next year she could have a red one as well !

And the mice ? Well, what do you think ?

They loved their woolly hat so much, they bought Santa a drink !
