One day, when Kevin the kangeroo went to Liverpool as a day - tripper...

He skidded outside a shop being painted, on paint stripper !

He tripped and slipped...knocking the painter's ladder....

He kicked over the paint - which made the guy even madder !

As Kevin the kangeroo bounced along...he left a trail of footprints - a real Austrailian billabong !

Seeing Kevin leap about...

The people in the cars cried out - "A runaway kangeroo - everyone watch out !"

Bicycles swerved - one fella fell off...

A frightened dog barked "WOOF ! WOOF ! WOOF ! WOOF!"

Off Kevin leapfrogged into the sunset...

His longest ever leap yet, i bet !

Over the Mersey onto the Wirral ...

Kevin bounced off just like a flying squirrel !

Below him, was a Mersey ferry, that chugged along - the passengers waved, so merry !

He'd won the race - the best ever prize...

For the biggest ever long jump - they could hardly believe their eyes !
