Kevin the Kangeroo and his Floppy Sticky Up Ears

Keving the kangeroo had a problem one day....

His usually sticky up ears wouldn't stay up, though he tried with sellotape to stick them up...

It must have been the cold he caught...

Or even the jelly that he bought...

He usually had them stood too attention...

Nowadays, they were too floppy too mention

Wobbly and bent....sad - looking indeed...

He started to wonder what it was he did need...

He took a glass of water to see if they'd grow...

They stood up for a minute then fell down when the wind started to blow !

He took a pill - they were floppy still...

Perhaps it was because he was getting over the hill ?

Maybe, a bit of ribbon was what was needed...

Even a prayer - to God he pleaded !

But the only thing that worked in fact...

Was when he performed a circus act !

He stood upside down on his hands...

Listening to the music of one of the circus bands...

At last, though the handstand made him dizzy...and his hair became rather frizzy....

Finally his ears took off in the right direction...

Now he was ready for the circus parade inspection !

He won a prize - guess what ?

Pineapple upside down cske - all sticky and hot !
