Jack's Apple Pie At Apple Jack's

It is a little known reason that,

Jack climbed the beanstalk to get away from a cat....

In his pocket was an apple pie,

With a tasty crust which the cat thought he'd try

The cat chased Jack out of the door...

Skidded across the kitchen floor

To get away from his sharp teeth,

Jack found the beanstalk and hid beneath

The cat noticing Jack's tasty apple pie in his pocket,

Decided he would really like a supply and head off like a rocket !

He leapt up high and took a bite...

Not enough to satisfy his appetite

Jack scooted up the branch of the tree,

Trying to Get away and be free

Jack's beanstalk was tall and high

It reached right into the clouds in the sky

Quickly Jack climbed up a branch or two....

Dropping a few crumbs as apple pies always do

The beanstalk leaves were all a flutter in the breeze,

The crumbs made Jack and the furry cat sneeze !

They sneezed so much, they fell down

Into Apple Jack's playground on the other side of town

Apple Jack's of course were absolutely delighted

They baked a cake and fireworks they ignited !
